The house is located a safe residential Bermuda Dunes neighborhood. Across the street is an equestrian lot with beautiful horses. The home is in a central location in the greater Palm Springs area. One exit from Acruise Arena. Five minutes away from Indian Wells tennis Garden. Fifteen minutes away from Empire Polo/ CoachellaFest/ Stagecoach entrance.

-Pool and Spa have a heater and can be heated for an additional daily fee of $100 a day, 2 days heating minimum. . Please inquire if you would like to add with at least 24hrs notice.
-Pets are allowed but must be disclosed and a pet fee will be charged per pet. Airbnb charges for the first but second or third will be charged through an airbnb resolutions request. 3 pet maximum.
- There are 4 total bedrooms with 4 beds, 1 queen air mattress is provided with sheets in pillows to accommodate 10 total overnight guests
-House is on Septic so please be very cautious when using restrooms. Please only flush toilet paper
-Our Casita(Bedroom 4) and Pool restroom (Bathroom 3) are located outside the main house
- A Pool fence guard can be set up prior to arrival to arrival for additional fee. Covers 80% of pool with the exception of the spa area. Please inquire in advance at least 48 hour notice required to install.

- **Rickey Blankenship**: "We arrived LaQuinta at 4pm in the afternoon and had been disappointed by another reservation not being up to advertised expectations and chose to cancel that reservation.
Upon short notice we rented this space in Bermuda Dunes and Jimmy the host responded immediately and had us comfortably in his home. Jimmy takes care of his guests.  He had the pool heater turned on very quickly and we were able to enjoy the pool by the next morning.  Jimmy was available during our stay if we had any questions.  The home also has a very detailed manual on how to do or use anything in the home plus recommendations for dining and other recreational activities.   We really did not need the manual as JImmy came over in person and greeted us.  We are very Thankful for such a good person and will always use this home in the future !" (10/5)
