Lounge chairs surround the pool, offering the perfect spot to bask in the desert sunshine or enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the evening sky. Whether you're looking for a serene escape or a fun-filled retreat, this home provides the ultimate balance of comfort, luxury, and outdoor enjoyment. -- INTERIOR DETAILS --- This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, living room, loft living area garage and laundry space. BEDROOMS: •Bedroom #1 (primary/upstairs): King bed with ensuite Full bath, nightstands, table lamps, dresser, smart tv, 2 walk-in closets, luggage rack, hangers, standing fan •Bedroom #2(upstairs): Queen bed, nightstands, table lamps, standing fan, closet, luggage rack, hamper, hangers/closet, smart TV •Bedroom #3(upstairs): Queen Bed, night stands, table lamps, luggage rack, hangers/closet, standing fan, smart TV •Bedroom #4 (downstairs): Full Bed with Twin pull out, luggage rack, hamper, hangers/closet, standing fan, lamp BATHROOMS: •Full Bathroom #1 (ensuite to primary room upstairs): Standing Shower/Soaking Tub •Full Bathroom #2(upstairs): Standing shower/tub combo. Located between bedroom 2 and 3 Full Bathroom #3 (downstairs): Walk in shower located next to bedroom 4 --- EXTERIOR DETAILS --- •Pool & Spa: Fully automated system with easy ipad pool cotrols, 4 sun loungers and 2 standing umbrellas. •Gas BBQ-no propane tank needed •Putting green: golf clubs/ balls are provided •Pool Table Guest access: Full access to our home with the exception of three maintenance supply closets. One is upstairs, one by the garage and another beneath the staircase. Other things to note ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is promptly by 10AM. If interested in early/ late check out, please message your host to ask about availability. If available early arrival/ departure cost $100 each. POOL HEATING -Pool heating requires 24hr notice due to heating time - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $100 per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water. - Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum. -There are detailed instructions in the wooden house book as to how to use the iPad pool/spa controls -Please note that only one body of water can be heated at a time. If pool heat is added to your stay, the spa will match the pool temperature until switched to spa mode. The spa takes approximately 45 minutes to reach temperature. After use, please switch the controls back to pool heat mode to maintain the pool temperature. -If you choose to include the spa heat only, it will not be turned on prior to arrival. You may use the iPad onsite to turn on when you are ready to enjoy! Your host has remote access to the pool controls and is always happy to help—just reach out if you’re ever unsure. PETS There is a $100 pet fee per pet (2 maximum). SECURITY CAMERAS: There are 4 Cameras total onsite: front doorbell camera, driveway, right side of home, back yard fence area facing AWAY from the property towards the pond Guests will receive their personalized smart lock code along with detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival.
