The only part of the house locked off is one pantry for owner's storage. We have a very responsive, local, property management/concierge team that will be available to you during your stay. For example, in the Fall of 2017, the entire Coachella Valley had an issue with boatman bugs in the pool and our home was a victim of this as well. They are small, non-biting, gnat-type bugs that can be found in the pool. We have a pool cleaner thoroughly clean our pool 2x a week and maintain appropriate chemical levels to avoid them. We also have a monthly pest control company that maintains our entire property. However, we cannot be held responsible for natural causes and we do everything in our power to maintain the pool to the upmost degree, but there is still a chance that small bugs may be present.
